What You'll Do:

Support residents with indirect care duties, including answering call lights, assisting with meals, organizing belongings, gathering supplies, and performing light housekeeping or homemaker tasks.
Assist residents with communication and engagement, such as helping with technology, facilitating activities of choice, and providing monitoring or 1:1 supervision in common areas to maintain safety.
Perform direct resident care tasks after appropriate training, including bed-making (occupied/unoccupied), bathing, dressing, hygiene support, incontinent care, and assisting with meals for those without aspiration risks.
Collaborate with CNAs by supporting two-staff assistance needs (excluding mechanical transfers), obtaining resident weights, and completing other trained duties as directed.
