- Weekends: +$1.00/per hour worked

- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Accommodate special diets and therapeutic meal plans common in skilled nursing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas
- Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing teams to support resident care
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of cooking experience (healthcare or institutional experience preferred)
- ServSafe Certification required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
